About the role

- 8 years of experience planning and executing campus operational budgets, expense forecasting, and managing established budgets.
- 5 years of experience meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with internal teams on uptime, efficiencies, and cost.

Lead efforts to monitor data center systems operations, control site activities to minimize risk, and ensure effective response to any excursions.
Own the development of strategies to keep operational costs to a minimum, improve efficiency, and reduce environmental impact at a site, along with driving site-level development of programs and initiatives.
Own efforts to perform compliance activities for a data center and analyze compliance results for data centers globally, ensuring teams comply with project/schedule guidelines and design standards.
Lead efforts to ensure all sites are following facility, maintenance, and standard programs globally while exhibiting strength in improvement to said policies and programs.
Incorporate subject matter expertise and experience to make recommendations for data center design improvements to optimize equipment and operations for next generation data centers.

8 years of experience planning and executing campus operational budgets, expense forecasting, and managing established budgets.
5 years of experience meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with internal teams on uptime, efficiencies, and cost.
Experience managing technical teams in charge of operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and controls infrastructure and components.

Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field or equivalent experience.
Experience in mission-critical systems operations, including power generation, data center, refinery, chip fabrication, chemical processing, or other high-consequence environments.
Experience collaborating with other business units to meet company goals and standards.
Excellent people management and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
Some duties will include heating and cooling of air and water, power supply, generators, UPS systems, electrical distribution and control and monitoring systems.
You'll provide daily assistance to senior technicians as you read blueprints/schematics, conduct tours of systems and assess their working order.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
