Responsibilities
- Support preparation of subconsultant agreements.
- Organize and manage project budgets.
- Provide general support to project managers and principals
- Support project contract preparation and subsequent amendments/supplements.
- Format and performing quality reviews of large and small documents such as reports, letters, memos, minutes, etc.
- We collaborate closely with public agencies, transit authorities, contractors, and fellow engineers to deliver thoughtful solutions that improve mobility and public infrastructure.
- Under the general supervision of the project manager or principal, the Project Coordinator will support the successful delivery of projects and invoicing needs, for public agencies and private clients through a range of coordination and administrative tasks.
- This role is well suited for a proactive, high-energy individual who enjoys; working with people, communicates clearly, can manage multiple priorities, think on their feet, and solve problems effectively.
Requirements
- 3 years' experience with invoicing and project contract administration, as well as general accounting practices such as Accounts payable/Accounts receivable (AP/AR).
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience with public sector contracting, and invoicing procedures
- Previous experience in the architectural/engineering/construction industry
- Working knowledge of PowerPoint, SharePoint, Bluebeam, and Smartsheet
- Occasionally may be required to lift objects weighing up to 15 lbs.
Compensation
- The base salary for this role is competitive and will be determined based on the candidate's experience, education, and skills.
- The expected pay for a qualified candidate is $40.00 - $45.00 hourly
