About the role
- In this role, you will serve as a technical expert and customer‑facing representative, performing complex calibrations across diverse environments while mentoring junior technicians and leading onsite service activities.
- The ideal candidate has extensive experience in physical/dimensional calibration across a wide range of equipment.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in a technical field, or equivalent advanced technical experience.
- Required Experience & Skills:

- Experience with IndySoft
- Multi‑disciplinary calibration experience (electrical, RF, temperature, pressure, etc.)

Skills
- 2+ years of experience performing calibrations on a broad range of physical/dimensional instruments.
- Proven experience working in an ISO 17025-accredited calibration environment.
- Strong understanding of measurement uncertainty, traceability requirements, and quality system principles.
- Experience leading onsite calibration assignments or mentoring other technicians.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including customer interaction.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and calibration management software.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
