About the role
- We are seeking a talented Product Manager to help lead the development and delivery of our autonomous orchestration platform.
- This is an exceptional opportunity to build novel product features from the ground up, working directly with customers to define requirements and collaborating with engineering teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions that transform multi-domain autonomous operations.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to prioritize development efforts and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products
- Lead cross-functional teams through the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to customer deployment
- Develop go-to-market strategies and support business development efforts with technical product expertise
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- You'll own the full product lifecycle, from strategic planning and market analysis to feature development and customer success.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of product management experience leading hardware-software integrated products, with hands-on involvement in defining and delivering end-to-end systems spanning hardware, firmware, and software.
- Strong understanding of how software, firmware, and hardware interact in real-world, production systems.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound, data-driven product decisions.
- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional and multi-stakeholder product development initiatives.
- U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a security clearance
Nice to have
- MBA or advanced degree in relevant field
- Previous military, government, or defense industry experience
- Experience with autonomous systems, robotics, AI/ML, or related technologies
- Background in both technical product management and product marketing
- Existing security clearance
