About the role
- Hiring amazing talent is one of the most important areas for the entire company and this is a unique opportunity to join our recruiting team at an early stage.
- Work directly with Step's leadership team on recruiting strategy to attract and hire top talent
Responsibilities
- Own the full recruiting lifecycle for non-technical roles (e.g., G&A, Operations, Marketing, People, Finance) - from intake to offer
- Drive a variety of sourcing tools to engage passive talent, in addition to owning inbound application buckets
- Create a white-glove candidate experience for all candidates who engage in the recruiting process
- Collaborate well as a partner with hiring managers across departments
- A demonstrated ability to take full ownership of a workstream and drive it independently from question to decision, without significant supervision
