- This role is accountable for all field talent, safety, quality, and project execution.
- Oversee multiple Site Superintendents and Foremen, ensuring consistency in execution and adherence to company standards.
- Participate in preconstruction planning, staffing allocation, and project scheduling across all active and upcoming projects.

- Qualifications Strategic Field Leadership Lead all field operations for the region, ensuring alignment with company objectives, safety standards, and customer expectations.
- Translate strategic goals into operational plans that optimize labor productivity, quality, and profitability.
