Requirements

  • Education and/or Experience:
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple facilities, locations, or accounts simultaneously required.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision required.
  • Experience in healthcare, post-acute care, senior living, or a highly regulated industry preferred.

Nice to have

  • 2+ years of experience in operations, program management, fleet management, compliance, or a related field required.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience tracking complex, multi-step processes across a distributed portfolio required.
  • Excellent communication skills - comfortable working with facility-level staff and corporate leadership alike required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Outlook) required.
  • Familiarity with fleet operations, telematics platforms, or driver compliance programs preferred.
  • Background in multi-site or regional operations coordination preferred.
