About the role

  • More than 650 doctors nationwide trust us, we retain over 95% of them year over year, and we're growing fast.
  • Integrations are the connective tissue of our business.

Responsibilities

  • Beyond labs, you'll own the connections that keep the rest of the business running - Salesforce, QuickBooks, scanner and digital-equipment software, and the internal services that tie them together.
  • Design lab integrations that scale.
  • Define how case data, orders, order status, and files flow between Incisive and lab partners.
  • Build patterns that work across partners at very different levels of technical sophistication - from real-time APIs to file-based and manual-assisted workflows.
  • Own connections to the broader software stack.
  • Shape and maintain integrations with systems like Salesforce, QuickBooks, and scanner/digital-equipment software, ensuring data flows reliably and correctly across the tools the business depends on.
  • Run discovery with doctors, lab partners, and internal stakeholders to deeply understand real workflows and pain points, and translate them into a clear, prioritized backlog.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering to define, sequence, and ship work - writing crisp requirements, making tradeoffs, and unblocking the team.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Operations, RevOps, Partnerships, and Clinical Support to make sure product decisions land well across the business.
  • Experience building integrations, API, or platform/marketplace products, ideally connecting external partners and internal systems with varying technical capabilities.

Requirements

  • If you have high standards and want to do work that compounds, you'll fit right in.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with the operational stack we use (Salesforce, HubSpot, Stripe, QuickBooks Online).
  • Background working with physical/logistics or equipment workflows alongside software.
  • The team is small enough that your work is visible and your judgment matters, and the problems are real: making an entire industry's workflow better, one partnership at a time.

Compensation

  • $140k-$170k

Benefits

  • Integrations are the anchor, but we're a small, fast-growing company, and the biggest opportunities
  • Own the integrations roadmap across the Incisive Portal and supporting services - internal and external dependencies alike - from vision through delivery and iteration.
  • As the needs of a fast-growing business

Company info

  • We're looking for someone who can flex beyond their core area to take on whatever is most important for moving Incisive forward - owning ambiguous, high-priority problems and driving them to outcomes.
