About the role

  • The annual base salary for this position ranges from $88,600.00 in our lowest geographic market to $174,200.00 in our highest geographic market.
  • Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.
  • You will do this by leveraging 2D and 3D tools.

Compensation

We are looking someone who loves the technical details of the design process as well as finding new ways of working. We are experts at putting art on both physical prototypes and digital renders. This role amplifies Design by delivering flawless, production-ready files, while creating time and space for Designers to be their most creative.
  • You are a trusted resource within the Design, creating detailed and accurate schematics, with the ability to run point for Production Art by attending relevant planning meetings, owning personal action items/workload, and being available as the go-to graphic production resource for a greater, cross-functioning team. This role requires a creative mindset and the ability to manage multiple projects in a time-sensitive environment, while keeping production moving forward. No day is the same, the work is dynamic, and you must be willing to roll up your sleeves to solve complex creative problems.

  • Advanced knowledge of Illustrator and Adobe Suite
  • Advanced knowledge of graphic applications such as ink types and trim substrates
  • Expert-Level listening, communication, organization, problem-solving skills
  • Laser focus on the critical details that often get missed
  • Ability to multi-task amidst competing priorities
  • Basic understanding of 3D apparel programs (CLO or Lotta)
  • Understanding of Smartsheets, Airtable, and Miro is a plus
  • A love for sports is a bonus but a love for design is essential
  • If this is you, you will be working on highly visible product across NikeSKIMS Design, including Footwear, Apparel and Accessories.

  • You will work with Design to create and finalize graphic details across multiple levels of product.
  • A typical day could include Production Art meetings and alignment, high-volume schematic creation and lay-down product page creation, creating documentation for downstream partners and reviewing strike-offs.
  • In addition to creation, you will be responsible for tracking and maintaining updates on all appropriate files for accuracy through final approval.
  • In this role, you will play a big role in developing new tools for alignment and driving greater efficiency in the product creation process.
