Responsibilities
- People - and the love their actions inspire - are what drive us.
- From coaching leaders through complex situations to identifying proactive people solutions, you own both strategy and execution-ensuring HR support is clear, timely, and practical.

- Identify people trends, risks, and opportunities before they become larger business challenges
- Act as a trusted advisor to field and/or corporate leaders on people priorities and organizational needs
- Translate business goals into practical people strategies and HR solutions
- Advise leaders through employee relations concerns, performance conversations, corrective action, and workplace investigations as appropriate
- Provide guidance aligned to company policies, employment practices, and applicable labor laws
- Handle sensitive situations with discretion, professionalism, and care
- Use HR insights, data, and business context to inform recommendations
- Contribute to process improvements that increase consistency, speed, and quality
