About the role
- As an Architect with Gensler's Healthcare practice in Philadelphia, you will help shape some of the most complex and impactful healthcare environments in the region.
Responsibilities
- Ensure project documentation clearly communicates design intent while meeting the highest technical standards
- Resolve complex technical and design challenges to deliver innovative, constructible, and high-quality solutions
- Coordinate architectural documentation with multidisciplinary consultants, including structural, MEP, lighting, AV, acoustics, accessibility, building envelope, and life safety
- Interface with building and permitting officials during the permitting and construction phases of the project
- Support proposal development and contract review in collaboration with the Project Manager
- Build, maintain, and strengthen productive, long-term client relationships
- Mentor, collaborate with, and support team members across experience levels

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Proficiency in Revit is required
Nice to have
- LEED AP (or in process) preferred

- Our annual base salary range has been established based on local markets.
