About the role
- We are seeking a Senior Process Engineer with a strong background in Data Optimization to join the NPI Operations team here at Form Energy.
- You will use your strong background in data and process engineering within an industrial environment to integrate, share, and deepen process data systems for our first of a kind manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities
- Use statistical methods to provide insights that drive improvements in Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as output, yield, and quality.
- Design and build customized data analytics tools that enable process and equipment engineers to better understand and troubleshoot production issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously refine and optimize manufacturing processes.
- Work to improve the accuracy, consistency, and accessibility of process data by developing automated systems for real-time data collection and reporting to ensure that relevant stakeholders have the information they need to make informed decisions quickly.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations that communicate complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner to stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field and 5+ years experience in a production environment, or similar academic experience
- Hands-on experience with production line data collection and analysis.
