About the role
- Job Description Are You Ready to Make It Happen at Mondelēz International?
- Monitor inbound, outbound, co-packing, warehousing, and distribution activities to ensure shelf-life management, reduce write-offs, and continuously improve productivity.
- Oversee inventory management activities, including iDoc management and stock reconciliation, ensuring accurate alignment between SAP and warehouse management systems.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily plans, including order/route management and employee performance.
- Drive execution against core KPIs in safety, service, savings, and people.
- Lead project-related and ad-hoc tasks, particularly those connected to continuous improvement initiatives, tenders, and peak management.
- Work closely with service providers to ensure punctuality, completeness, and quality of deliveries to trading partners.
- Interview, onboard, and develop direct reports through various formats (classroom, On-the-Job Training, work-with).
- Coach direct reports on development plans and manage local hourly employees (Union/Non-Union) through coaching, communication, and relationship building.
- Build and provide full-cost analysis, including yearly budget, risks, and opportunities.
- Manage the Delivery Labor Budget, approve payroll, and drive the lowest cost per case through productivity plans and loss prevention.

- Job Specific Requirements High School Diploma (Bachelor's degree is preferred).
- Experience in logistics operations, procurement, or a broader supply chain function (an asset).
- Experience with Microsoft applications, especially highly experienced with Excel.
- Good knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP R3.
- Experience with Hours of Service (HOS) Guidelines.
- Proven experience in the management and development of people.
- Strong analytical thinking skills.
Compensation
- Salary and Benefits: The base salary range for this position is $77,600 to $106,700; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location.
