Responsibilities

  • Support procurement and vendor communications by gathering quotes and tracking order status.
  • Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and maintain ERP system data accuracy.
  • Coordinate with the Sales and Orders team to manage expectations around procurement timelines.
  • Manage escalations related to customer order delays and fulfillment timelines.
  • Own and maintain international documentation, including customs compliance and reporting.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to support BOM change implementations and SKU updates.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce lead times or improve vendor performance.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Sheets
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer will be required.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or a related field required
  • 1-2 years of experience in supply chain analysis or operational support
  • Experience working in a fast-paced hardware or technology environment preferred

Compensation

  • Hybrid work model
  • 3 days in the office / 2 days remote each week
  • 12 paid Company Holidays
  • $ 24.04/hr. - $28.84/hr.
  • ranges are determined by role and location.
  • The range displayed on each job posting reflects the pay range for the position across all US locations.
