About the role
- Since 1998, Family of Kidz has brought together highly qualified teams of professionals who work diligently to help children with special needs, from birth to adulthood.
Responsibilities
- Direct observations of specific children who are difficult to either manage behaviorally or who have multiple needs (language, cognition, motor, etc.,)
- Performs other work as may be assigned by the line leaders
- Utilizing online programs or platforms to provide support as needed
- Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work
- Maintain confidentiality of information regarding children and families in accordance with State and Federal regulations
- Team Building Events
Requirements
- Must be a motivated professional and innovative thinker
- Must be a team player who can work with other professionals outside of their expertise
- Ability to prioritize work for self
- Minimum of three years of experience working with children with special needs, ages birth through 21
- Minimum of 1 year of experience providing supervision and feedback to clinicians
- Attend Professional Development Trainings, as required
