About the role
- Job Description: Note: Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship for this position.
- Fidelity's Onsite Working Model Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles.
- Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less.
Responsibilities
- Strong experience in Test automation design, development and execution using tools and frameworks such as RestAssured, Karate, Playwright, Cypress, Cucumber, TestNG.
- Interpersonal and communication skills with which you build and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships and relationships.
Requirements
- The candidate must have 6+ years' experience in designing test plans, test cases and automation suits independently for assigned product/application.
- Experience in testing distributed applications at multiple layers of the technology stack as well as experience with Azure/AWS cloud technologies
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a technology related field (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) required.
- Experience in Agile development methodology and Jira tool
- Hands-on experience in Test suite Management tools such as Jira - Xray, HP ALM, QUEST etc.
- Strong proven experience in programming - Java/Springboot, JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Strong knowledge of continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) and DevOps tools such as GitHub, Maven, Jenkins, Docker, SonarQube, etc.
- Strong working knowledge of Relational Databases like Oracle or Postgres.
- Experience with PL/SQL and complex queries, views, packages etc.
- You are intellectually curious and model a culture of continuous learning
- Quick learner and willing to adapt and learn new technologies
