About the role

This role is responsible for preventive maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and rapid turnaround for Class 8 tractors and trailers in a growing, high-utilization fleet. Our trucks are equipped with ADS sensors and computing units, so the ideal technician is comfortable working around sensitive hardware and following established procedures to avoid damage or
contamination. Experience doing basic ADS physical checks and first-line troubleshooting is a plus.

Perform PMs and safety inspections
Maintain clear, accurate work orders and history: symptom → root cause → repair → verification
Support parts management and basic stocking of common wear items.
Perform PMs and safety inspections; address DVIR/DOT defects quickly.

Ability to follow OEM procedures and use OEM diagnostic tools.
Basic first-line ADS checks (visual inspection, connector reseat per procedure, fuse/power/ground checks) and proper escalation when needed.
