About the role

  • Assist in facilitating professional development courses including activities and guides learning to align with existing curriculum
  • Assist in reviewing and analyzing course evaluation data and determine appropriate action to incorporate feedback

Responsibilities

  • Assist subject matter experts in developing content, prepare and update specialized instructional materials and assessment tools to align with unit objectives and strategy

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in instructional design or related field OR one (1) year of related working experience in a business setting
  • If you have prior work history within the past 7 years with the Universities of Wisconsin, your personnel file will also be reviewed for employee misconduct.
  • If the results are unacceptable, the offer will be withdrawn or, if you have started employment, your employment will be terminated.

Nice to have

  • Three (3) or more years of technical training course development and training for employees
  • Planning, organization, and project management skills
  • Knowledge of Workday or other ERP application fundamentals

Compensation

  • Well-qualified candidates can expect a starting annual salary within a range of $50,000. - $65,000. commensurate with the candidate's education, related experience, and qualifications.
