- Location: 1 Mercy Retirement & Care Center 1 3431 Foothill Blvs 11 Oakland CA 94601 1 This role pays $140,000 - $170,000 per year DOE and has a 10% incentive target.

Responsibilities
- Drives the overall growth of the program by executing short- and long-term goals outlined in the strategic plan.
Requirements
- Knowledge of proper food handling and storage procedures.
- Demonstrated Community Program success or ability to operate a successful, sustainable business and/or non-profit organization.
- Demonstrated experience in advocacy, fundraising and grant writing at scale.
- Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.

Compensation
- This role pays $140,000 - $170,000 per year DOE and has a 10% incentive target.
