Responsibilities

  • Developing modern high-quality software
  • Create unit tests and perform functional testing of software to find bugs and confirm that delivered software meets specifications and quality requirements.
  • Drive opportunities to increase efficiency and productivity through best practices.
  • Define and create pipelines to enable Continuous Testing within Agile teams.

Requirements

  • In addition to the talent and passion, experience in one or more of these areas could make you a great addition to our team.
  • At least 8+ years of experience of mainframe development experience
  • Bachelors in Engineering and 8+ years of related experience
  • at this level postgraduate coursework may be desirable or Masters degree in Engineering and 6+ years of related experience
  • Bachelor's in Engineering and 5+ years of related experience or Master's degree in Engineering and 3+ years of related experience

Nice to have

  • Expertise on Mainframe extensible frameworks such as ZOWE and dealing with pass tickets, certificates, keyrings
  • Experience in software testing methodologies such as BDD and TDD
  • Strong understanding of security protocols and Security ESMs
  • Source control systems experience (Endevor)

Compensation

  • The annual base salary range for this position is USD 109,700.00 To USD 175,500.00
  • As a valued member of our team, you'll be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and the opportunity to receive not only a competitive new hire equity grant, but also annual equity awards, connecting your success directly to the company's growth.
  • All subject to relevant plan documents and award agreements.
