About the role
- About this Position As a Regional Process Engineering Manager - IMEA, you will be one of four individual contributors in a high-performing regional team, collaborating across sites and functions to elevate process engineering standards.
- Process Safety Leadership: Champion process safety by leading and coaching risk assessments including PRAs, HAZOPs, FMEAs, PSSRs, and more.
Responsibilities
- Own the process design scope within strategic project teams, covering localization, brownfield/greenfield expansions, and new line installations.
- Co-lead equipment selection to ensure optimal performance, safety, and scalability.
- Role model best practices and build site capabilities.
- Collaborate across diverse functions such as Lean, SHE, Engineering, R D, and global PE to align priorities and deliver results.
