About the role
- Aledade is seeking a data-driven Business Analyst for our Operational Health team to pull, analyze, and report on key performance indicators across Practice Success.
- This role requires implementation experience, strong process engineering skills, and the ability to communicate data findings effectively to diverse stakeholders.
- Additionally, by creating value-based contracts across a wide variety of health plans, we aim to flip the script on the traditional fee-for-service model.
Responsibilities
- Working closely with leadership, you will translate complex data into actionable insights and utilize project management tools to drive workflows to successful execution.
- Data Support, Analysis & Reporting
- Partner with team leadership to summarize data and qualitative feedback to help identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with the business intelligence team to help gather and document requirements for operational dashboards and trackers.
- Help build presentations and data visuals to effectively communicate team updates to key stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Project Support & Documentation
- Maintain and update project plans for various mission-critical projects.
- Support the maintenance of project management tools and documentation, including project plans, schedules, trackers, status updates, and team playbooks.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support on high-priority projects by tracking tasks, action items, risks, and milestone dates to help Practice Success meet its goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience required.
- Understanding and having experience with Tableau, Miro, Jira, Monday.com
- Must be results-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining focus on key goals.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with value based care preferred
- Preferred knowledge, skills, and/or abilities
Compensation
- $66k-$85k
