About the role
- This is a full time, steady position offering a variety of hands on HVAC work, including preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across residence halls and apartment communities.
- With a variety of buildings and equipment, each day brings new challenges while still offering a consistent schedule and a supportive team environment.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30AM to 4:00PM., with participation in an on call rotation.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and complete daily work orders

Requirements
- Prefer 2 years of college/trade school.
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without sponsorship.
Nice to have
- or four years experience in above plus Journeyman's license
