About the role

  • This is a full time, steady position offering a variety of hands on HVAC work, including preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across residence halls and apartment communities.
  • With a variety of buildings and equipment, each day brings new challenges while still offering a consistent schedule and a supportive team environment.
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30AM to 4:00PM., with participation in an on call rotation.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and repair heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration systems
  • Perform preventative maintenance and complete daily work orders

Requirements

  • Prefer 2 years of college/trade school.
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without sponsorship.

Nice to have
