About the role

Responsibilities
- Technical Support Assist senior engineering staff with basic technical tasks and analyses. Conduct routine data collection, testing, and documentation under supervision. Support the preparation of technical reports and presentations.
- Project Assistance Perform assigned tasks related to project planning and execution. Follow established procedures to ensure compliance with project requirements. Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and objectives.
- Documentation and Reporting Maintain accurate records of lab activities, test results, and project progress. Ensure documentation adheres to organizational and DoD standards. Provide input for project deliverables as directed by senior staff.
- Provide technical input and testing support to projects in laboratory areas.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent work experience.
- Familiarity with basic engineering concepts and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to accurately follow directions and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- The ideal candidate will demonstrate a willingness to learn, strong attention to detail, and the ability to accurately follow directions while contributing to the success of engineering projects.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with DoD standards and regulations.
- Basic knowledge of engineering software tools (e.g., MATLAB, AutoCAD).
