About the role
- Assisting in the evaluation of the effectiveness of OMS training programs, events, and materials.
- Assisting in the administration of OMS learning technology platforms (OMS Online Learning LMS and the Training Portal and Learning Hub of the OMS Intranet).
- It is beneficial to know Zoom, Teams, SharePoint, SharePoint sites, and how online learning platforms work.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with intake of requests for training solutions from OMS departments, fields/regions, signatories, or OMS global partners.
- Participating in discussions to assess training needs and develop projects to meet those needs.
- Participating in project teams to design, develop, and deliver training solutions of various kinds.
- Assisting with logistical support for live and virtual training events and backend technical production support.
