About the role
- Most intelligence transformation technologies fail because they are disconnected from how analysts think and act under pressure-this role exists to prevent that.
- Working in close partnership with graph data scientists and data engineers, you will ensure that our state-of-the-art analytic platform (GraphAware Hume) reflects real-world operational tradecraft.
- This is not a role focused on producing intelligence products
Responsibilities
- Design and build investigative analytic workflows directly within GraphAware Hume in partnership with technical teams.
- Validate system outputs against real-world operational scenarios to identify gaps in data representation or entity resolution.
- Drive platform adoption through hands-on engagement, mentoring, and high-impact training for new and advanced users.
- Experience working within Agile development cycles to deliver incremental mission value.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% to support mission requirements and stakeholder engagements.
- Experience developing and delivering training curricula for intelligence software or platforms.
- Background in Design Thinking or Lean Startup methodologies.
Requirements
- Required Experience/Clearance
- Active Top Secret / SCI eligibility is required.
- 10+ years of experience in all-source intelligence analysis within the DoD, IC, or federal law enforcement environments.
Compensation
- The salary range provided for this position represents the anticipated base salary for successful candidates.
- In addition to base salary, eligible employees may participate in Redhorse's comprehensive benefits programs and may be eligible for performance-based or other incentive compensation, where applicable.
