About the role

  • Reporting to the Management team, our Sales Associates understand that Retail is a billboard for the brand.
  • They take pride in being a professional, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable brand ambassador inside and outside the store to ensure the Company's success within the recreational cannabis landscape.
  • This position starts as a part-time role at $18.25/hour + tips.

Responsibilities

  • Our Sales Associates are curious, thoughtful, and sales-oriented people who impart cannabis wisdom and create positive customer relationships to build a loyal customer base.

Requirements

  • All employees must be able to work 2 weekend days (Friday-Sunday), but management reserves the right to assign days depending on workforce needs
