About the role
- Major responsibilities include registration, academic advising/success coaching and the retention/persistence of enrolled nursing students.
- The Success Coach interacts with students, university faculty and advising teams, professional staff, and other program personnel to enhance and facilitate the progression, and graduation of students.

Responsibilities
- Extensive training with team and management support
- The Academic Success Coach plays an integral role in the support and success of students in an accelerated nursing program at our future site in Auburn, WA.
- Our partners leverage our expertise to produce thousands of high-quality graduates ready to enter the workforce and meet employers' demands
- Facilitation and support of student progression
Requirements
- Pacific Lutheran University, Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Appropriately documents communication with students and maintains all required student population reports
Nice to have
- Positive attitude, high level of energy and enthusiasm
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret reports
- Confidence, resilience, strong organizational skills, exceptional persistence, a high level of commitment, and the ability to guide and motivate others
- Experience coaching students to ensure retention and persistence
- Master's degree preferred
Compensation
- $80,164.40 salary
- Manage student registration process for each semester (3 per year)
- A stable income with a good salary
