About the role
- We expect you to be technical and hands-on when it matters: leading architecture reviews, debugging incidents alongside the team, and setting the bar for how the team uses AI coding tools to ship faster.
Responsibilities
- Lead a high performing team of engineers, including hiring and coaching.
- Work closely with our world-class engineering team to develop features and products from the ground up.
- Drive design and architecture discussions, contributing fresh ideas and perspectives.
- A track record of building and leading high-performing engineering teams in fast-moving environments.
- Strong engineering fundamentals and a demonstrated ability to design, build, and scale production-grade applications or systems.
- You'll build a high-performing team, set technical direction, and help great engineers execute.
- Willingness to wear multiple hats - from design and development to testing and occasional support.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years in an engineering manager role.
- Enjoy a high degree of autonomy, tasked with solving complex problems in innovative ways.
