About the role

We're seeking a high-performing Commercial Mortgage Analyst with 1-3 years of CMHC underwriting experience to join our growing team.
Reporting directly to Managing Director, this role is ideal for someone who's confident in their technical abilities but also thrives in a collaborative, client-focused environment.
You'll be a key part of a platform that values precision, professionalism, and proactive communication - both internally and with clients.

Deliver high-quality financial models, credit analyses, and CMHC submissions that reflect Vault's commitment to excellence.
Support the build-out of internal systems, templates, and underwriting standards as Vault continues to grow.
Collaborate closely with origination, credit, and servicing teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

1-3 years of experience underwriting CMHC-insured loans across various asset classes.
Self-motivated and accountable, with a track record of producing polished, accurate work under pressure.
Deep understanding of CMHC guidelines, underwriting methodology, and the funding process.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication - able to present information clearly to clients and internal teams.
