About the role

  • This role sits on our Digital team, where your internal title will be Specialist, Digital, working primarily in a project management capacity across client engagements.
  • You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • You are comfortable working directly with clients and are motivated to grow both your project management and consulting skill set.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage digital projects varying in size - from smaller rapid-to-market initiatives through to large-scale digital transformation
  • Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, resourcing, scope, and budget management
  • Drive day-to-day execution across cross-functional teams (Strategy, UX Design, and Technology)
  • Manage day-to-day project activities and ensure deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard
  • Identify risks, proactively working with teams to resolve blockers and keep projects on track, and drive continuous improvement across projects
  • Support the creation of digital solutions for a variety of clients and verticals
  • Collaborate with teams to understand and interpret client business challenges and translate them into structured, actionable plans
  • Facilitate and participate in workshops including discovery, design thinking, and project planning sessions

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or similar)
  • Strong track record in client communication and stakeholder management
  • Ability to work in a team environment and independently
  • Experience managing digital projects across design and/or technology teams
  • Proven ability to manage timelines, budgets, and project scope effectively
  • A demonstrable passion for digital experiences, user experience, and technology
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving ability and analytical mindset
  • Self-motivated individual with a desire to do their best every day

Compensation

  • The estimated compensation for this position is $78,000 to $90,000.
