About the role

  • As Senior Manager, Field Systems & AI, you will sit at the intersection of revenue operations, technology, and applied AI.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the field: Lead working sessions with Sales and Revenue Operations leaders and stakeholders to map processes, policies, and friction across lead management, pipeline, forecasting, CPQ, and order fulfi llment.
  • Translate requirements into solutions: Turn business needs into clear designs, build prototypes quickly, and work with developers to harden and scale them into production.
  • Own the RevOps tech stack: Administer and improve our sales platforms, sett ing the standard for what excellent automation and data management look like.
  • Revenue operations fluency: Working knowledge of RevOps processes and policies across lead management, account and territory management, pipeline management and forecasting, CPQ, and order fulfillment, spanning the full commercial lifecycle.
  • Partner with the field:

Requirements

  • You understand enterprise sales and revenue operations processes and policies deeply, and you are comfortable leading the conversation with senior Sales stakeholders.
  • Above all, you are not a casual user of AI.
  • You have direct, demonstrable experience using AI to automate work and make commercial teams more productive, and you can back it with metrics.
  • Applied AI experience: Direct experience with AI platforms such as Claude, OpenAI, and Gemini for task automation and development, with results you can quantify.
