Job Description A Bit About this Role As the Business Applications Manager, you will bridge the gap between our technology and finance teams.
This is an individual contributor role with ownership over the financial tech stack Devoted is growing rapidly.
Salary range: $110,000-147,000 annually The pay range listed for this position is the range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at the time of the posting.

Reporting to the Business Applications Director, you will drive the strategy, integration, and optimization of our financial tech stack, while providing hands-on administrative support for the corporate Finance Department's applications.
While NetSuite is our core financial system, you will administer, maintain, and integrate a modern, evolving tech stack (including Tipalti, Cube, and Kyriba) which also includes our proprietary technology platform, Orinoco.
While day-to-day end-user support and system maintenance are central to the role, a substantial portion of your focus will be on internal controls, audit preparation, and segregation of duty (SoD) management.
Manage the design, testing, implementation, maintenance, and configuration of the NetSuite system.
Partner with Finance to ensure all systems, processes, and controls align with Model Audit Rule (MAR) and internal policies and procedures.
Act as the primary support to resolve system errors, data discrepancies, and workflow bottlenecks.
Rather than coding pipelines solo, you will gather requirements and partner with cross-functional teams (including developers) to drive implementation, subsequently owning the ongoing monitoring and maintenance of these connections.
Perform routine data audits, execute complex queries, and build custom dashboards/reports to provide actionable business insights.
Strong foundational background in accounting, corporate Finance workflows, system implementations, and day-to-day production support.

Required Skills and Experience
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, balanced with a clear understanding of when to escalate issues and communicate up to leadership.
Must be an effective verbal and written communicator.
A balanced approach to innovation, possessing the critical thinking required to evaluate, test, and adopt AI tools responsibly.
Analytical and process-oriented with a proven ability to balance routine administrative tasks with long-term project deadlines and strict compliance requirements.
The ideal candidate isn't just an administrator

Technical or administrative familiarity with Tipalti, Cube, or Kyriba.
Ability to read and troubleshoot SuiteScript (writing code is a plus, but not required).
NetSuite certifications.

Once the interview process begins, your talent partner will provide additional information on the compensation for the role, along with additional information on our total rewards package.
A major focus of this role centers on controls, including owning monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual detective control documentation, providing robust audit support, and managing segregation of duty (SoD) considerations.
Review and implement new NetSuite functionality and bi-annual updates to optimize system performance.
