Responsibilities
- Create product plan and coordinate execution through cross functional teams.
- Develop product and manage product profitability and return on investment reports to meet and exceed goals.
- Manage appropriate aspects of product delivery including customer communication (internal and external), documentation, training/knowledge transfer, User Acceptance Testing, Operational Readiness and product launch.
- Co-lead or lead cross functional support teams consisting of sales, marketing, customer support and vendors in communicating with the product plans, policies, definitions, and developments.
- You will work with senior management to ensure the strategic goals and objectives of the product are met and deliver the desired business value.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred; equivalent work experience considered 4-7 years' experience in Product Management position Has a deep understanding of the customer.
