About the role
- Joining our Global Talent Acquisition team means you will be a part of a passionate and supportive team that believes what we do matters to our clients and investors.
- Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to align on role scope, candidate profile, and recruiting strategy.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting searches across multiple functions and levels of the organization.
- Source and engage passive candidates while building strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Partner closely with Human Resources colleagues including HR Business Partners, HR Operations, and Compensation throughout the hiring process.
- Manage candidate communications and ensure a positive and professional candidate experience.
- Lead offer discussions and negotiations in alignment with compensation and HR policies.
- Develop and maintain professional networks with recruiting organizations and industry peers.
- Explore and implement strategies to expand access to diverse talent pools and strengthen inclusive hiring practices.
- Partner with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and develop effective recruiting strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Strong ability to assess candidate qualifications quickly and effectively when reviewing direct applicants.
Nice to have
- Experience with recruiting systems and software
- experience with Workday Recruiting is a plus.
Skills
- Proactively identify and attract diverse talent through sourcing strategies and tools including LinkedIn and other professional networks.
Compensation
- $125,000 USD - $145,000 USD
- Specific compensation will be based on candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, commercial considerations, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
