Responsibilities
- Drive loan growth and member engagement through strategic outbound calling with existing members.
- Manage a pipeline of loan applications with accuracy, timeliness, and follow‑through.
- Work closely with processing teams and branch partners to provide a smooth, well‑coordinated loan closing experience.
- Address questions or concerns promptly to maintain a high level of member service.

Requirements
- Experience working in a financial institution.
- Knowledge of lending systems and origination processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Submit complete and accurate loan applications and gather required documentation to ensure efficient and compliant processing.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- The requirements listed above are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required.
Nice to have
- 3+ years of experience in a financial institution.
- 1+ years of experience originating and/or processing consumer loan applications.
- Written and verbal fluency in Spanish.
- Strong understanding of consumer lending products.
- Experience with titled collateral and related loan processes.
- Experience utilizing Temenos platform for loan originations.
- Sales experience preferred, in any setting where you've influenced, persuaded, or guided others toward a decision.
