Responsibilities
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop long-term strategies that align with both the client's needs and Voltai's growth objectives.

Requirements
- Strong sales experience with complex enterprise deals, focusing on building long-term partnerships.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRMs, outbound tools (e.g., Apollo, Hubspot, Lemlist), and basic analytics.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients (a couple to multiple times per quarter).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Required Skillsets: Strong sales experience with complex enterprise deals, focusing on building long-term partnerships.
Nice to have
- Ex-founder who sold to enterprise Familiarity and experience with full sales cycle skills from BDR to running PoCs and closing TCV contracts.
- Familiarity with technical terms and concepts related to semiconductors and electronics.
