Responsibilities

  • Cash Flow Leadership Implement and manage a 13-week cash flow forecasting model.
  • Drive accounts receivable and payable optimization.
  • Identify and eliminate inefficiencies to maintain a lean financial, disciplined financial structure.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning aligned to company strategy.
  • Maintain accurate, organized financial records across all systems.
  • Build and maintain real-time dashboards for KPI and performance monitoring.
  • Deliver actionable insights to improve profitability, efficiency, and execution.
  • Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard assets.
  • Manage audits and coordinate with external accountants or consultants.
  • Strategic Financial Leadership Partner with the CEO to design scalable financial processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field, with demonstrated academic or practical exposure to financial operations.
  • OR 3-5 years of financial analysis or management experience.
  • Proven experience with cash flow forecasting, working capital management, and process implementation.
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
  • Experience in construction, contracting, or project-based industries.
  • Knowledge of job costing, project accounting, and industry KPIs.
  • Experience leading accounting software implementations and process improvement projects.

Nice to have

  • Preferred MBA or professional certification (CPA, CMA, or equivalent).
