About the role
- Operating out of the Henderson Distribution Center, this position offers home daily scheduling, 100% no-touch freight, and a highly competitive pay structure based on your level of experience.
- Shift Times: Night shifts starting between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM (highest freight volumes run Wednesday through Saturday).
- Rotating Work Schedule: 6 days on / 34-hour restart, followed by 5 days on / 2 days off.
Responsibilities
- Manage 1-3 routes per day with 1-3 stops per trip.
- Most loads deliver at night, meaning you get to skip the heavy daytime traffic and enjoy smoother routes.
Requirements
- Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and a rotating schedule.
- Ability to meet all company and DOT safety standards.
Nice to have
- $0.54 CPM PLUS $20 per stop pay
Compensation
- $1,200 (based on full schedule)

- 1 day of classroom training ($50 stipend) followed by 2-3 days of ride-along training ($100 per day).
