About the role
- We're looking for a part-time Technology Services Intern to help keep our office and internal systems running smoothly day to day.
- This is a hands-on role that sits at the intersection of workplace operations and IT, supporting both our Director of IT & Security and Head of Operations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate building access for guests and visitors
- Internal IT Support
- Support conference room AV setup and maintenance
- Help manage access to core tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion
- Coordinate onboarding logistics and building access
- General Operations Support
- Help manage shared spaces and conference room scheduling
- Support internal meetings and occasional team events
