About the role
- The Investor Relations Senior Associate plays a key role in supporting Innocap's go-to-market strategy through pre- and post-sales intelligence and deal preparation.
- The Investor Relations Senior Associate has the following main responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research on prospective clients ahead of sales engagements

- Identify industry trends and support deal origination
Requirements
- University degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience supporting commercial teams in complex, relationship-driven sales environments
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English (required).
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365).
- Desired seniority level: 4+ years of experience in an inside sales, investor relations, market intelligence, or similar role.
