- The Role: South Bay/San Jose, CA Crafty's Food & Beverage Associates are the face of our in-office Concierge pantry program.
- They are the human element and the friendly face that leads client-site execution on a daily basis; supporting the site's product merchandising, inventory management & order replacement, in addition to equipment management.
- Crafty is looking for an Associate whose responsibilities will include: Merchandising: Take pride in your spaces by owning client's office kitchens & pantries and highly organized storage rooms, complete expiration checks and product rotations as needed Customer Service: With support from your manager, engage with our clients and other Crafty team members onsite, delivering the highest quality service Maintenance + Inventory: Perform routine maintenance on machines (such as coffee & kegerators), quality control checks, and completion of task lists (inventory, budget) Communication: Communicate and escalate any location needs or safety concerns your manager, and accurately complete pre/post route paperwork This is a full-time, hourly role within Crafty that requires availability Monday through Friday from 7am - 4pm.
