About the role
- We have an opportunity for a Commercial Account Manager to join our team and act as the primary site contact for assigned customer accounts.
- In this role, you will ensure customer satisfaction by managing the commercial process and driving continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- You will build strong relationships with key stakeholders and provide a consistent experience while promoting the Catalent brand.
- Develop and implement scalable account management, forecasting, and planning processes to support the site's continued commercial growth.
- Drive cross-functional communication, issue resolution, and strategic relationship management while balancing customer expectations with operational capabilities.
Requirements
- Candidate Minimum Requirements
Nice to have
- Serve as the primary commercial contact for assigned customer accounts, acting as the voice of the customer, and ensuring successful execution of commercial manufacturing programs.
- Bachelor's Degree is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial account management, strategic account management, commercial operations, customer-facing operations, supply chain, planning, or related client-facing roles.
- Experience managing customer relationships and coordinating across multiple internal stakeholders in a manufacturing, CDMO, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or other complex operational environment.
- Experience supporting forecasting, demand planning, SIOP/S&OP, or commercial execution activities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- experience with ERP systems preferred.
- Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, CDMO/CMO, life sciences, or other regulated manufacturing environments.

Compensation
- The anticipated salary range for this position in Massachusetts is $90,000 - $120,000 plus eligibility for a bonus.
- The final salary offered to a successful candidate may vary, and will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, skillset, education, business needs, etc.
- Catalent is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states.
