About the role
- The Production Manager reports directly to the Operations Manager.
- This role plans, assigns work, monitors adherence to policies and procedures, coaches and mentors the team, and recommends improvements in production processes and working conditions.
- Th is position is responsible for the results of the ir team, continuous safety focus, process and product quality, workplace organization, product delivery, shift hand off communications and other key performance indicators.

- Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic business environment

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of plant level operations experience in a high-volume, mixed-model production environment is required
- Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing
Nice to have
- Ability to converse in Spanish strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or other related discipline strongly preferred
