Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end order processes including Sales Orders, Proforma Invoices, and Commercial Invoices
  • Serve as a key point of contact for partner brands and internal sales teams
  • Support pricing accuracy, product renewals, discontinuations, and assortment updates
  • Coordinate product sample shipments and maintain organized shipping records (pick tickets, BOLs, confirmations)
  • Maintain product documentation including SDS, COO, HS codes, and regulatory files
  • Sales & Brand Support
  • We work closely with brand partners, retailers, and internal teams to bring high-quality K-beauty products to customers worldwide.

Requirements

Nice to have

  • High school diploma required
  • 1-3+ years in sales operations, account coordination, or a related role preferred
  • Bilingual in Korean and English strongly preferred - direct communication with our Global HQ in Korea
  • Familiarity with order management systems, retail compliance, or inventory processes a plus

Compensation

  • $25.00 - $28.00 per hour (DOE)
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)
