About the role
- GCU CityServe is a compassionate Christian outreach ministry of Grand Canyon University that mobilizes resources and collaborative partnerships to provide life-transformational solutions to individuals and families in need.
- The CSLP student worker's work schedule is dependent on the hours of operations and needs of GCU CityServe; however, CSLP student workers may not work more than 20 hours per week during the academic year (i.e., fall/spring).
- If eligible, CSLP student workers can work during summer (i.e., May - August).
Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Enrolled at GCU in a bachelor's program or master's program full-time during fall/spring or half-time during summer.
- Maintain a 2.0 GPA as a Bachelor level student or a 3.0 GPA as a Master level student.
- You may be subject to termination if you fall below the minimum requirements
- Have passion and willingness to help others succeed.
- Possess strong ethics, integrity, and sense of responsibility.
Nice to have
- Previous Mentoring a plus.
- Ability to speak a second language a plus.
