- Owns end-to-end delivery of developer experience and engineering capability-building across the organization: the developer portal, delivery metrics, architecture guidance, and the technical upskilling program (including AI-assisted development). Identifies systemic friction in the engineering org and delivers the platform, curriculum, and community
- programs that remove it. Runs the offshore team day-to-day on portal/tooling build-out and stays hands-on to unblock delivery risk.
