About the role

  • We're seeking a senior DLT Expert to join our Engineering team.
  • You will report to our CPO in the venture studio.
  • You will serve as the architect and strategist for distributed ledger solutions in private credit and beyond.

Responsibilities

  • Design solutions that overcome adoption barriers (compliance, performance, legacy integration)

Requirements

  • 8+ years in engineering leadership, systems architecture, or DLT product development
  • Proven track record delivering DLT systems in financial institutions
  • Strong knowledge of financial infrastructure (settlement, NAV cycles, reconciliations)

Nice to have

  • Exposure to Hyperledger, Corda, Quorum, JPMorgan Onyx
  • Startup experience / ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
  • Expertise in DLT financially-oriented languages (highly preferred)
  • Based in U.S. (NYC or Bay Area preferred)
