About the role
- This position plays a key role in coordinating activities, maintaining departmental records and workflows, supporting stakeholder engagement, and ensuring operational efficiency across multiple initiatives.
- Our headquarters are located in Downtown Sacramento, just blocks from California's State Capitol.
- Budgeted Hourly Pay Range: $26.00 - $27.00 Final salary and rates are based on education, experience, skills relevant to the role, and internal equity.
Responsibilities
- The Coordinator provides operational, administrative, and project support to the Executive Vice President and affiliated department teams supporting Enterprise & Procurement Services and Student Housing programming.
- Provide direct administrative and operational support to the Executive Vice President and department leadership supporting Enterprise & Procurement Services and Student Housing initiatives.
- Support administrative workflows related to department contracts
- Build and maintain professional relationships with district partners and external stakeholders to support departmental goals and initiatives
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate is highly organized, technologically fluent, detail-oriented, collaborative, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced professional environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Zoom, and other collaborative technologies
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM/database systems preferred.
Compensation
