About the role

Plan, schedule, and execute all PM and PdM activities with ≥95% on‑time completion using the CMMS (MaintainX).
Ensure all equipment operates safely, reliably, and within specification; verify maintenance work is accurate, documented, and compliant before release to production.
Respond promptly to equipment downtime; coordinate technicians, vendors, and operations to restore functionality quickly.

Ensure ongoing compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations (air, water, solids); manage operating permits/licenses and renewals for equipment such as boilers and pressure vessels.
Manage site capital plan with the Plant Manager and Project Managers for all site‑related projects.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Support a respectful, safety‑focused, high‑performance work environment.
Maintain plant assets including utilities, boilers, pressure vessels, refrigeration, electrical systems, and structural equipment.
Comply with OSHA/HIOSH, NFPA 70E, NEC, and internal safety standards; maintain valid permits, inspections, and certifications for regulated equipment.
Maintain dependable attendance; be available for emergencies, off‑

Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Food Technology, or equivalent.
Experience leading RCA/CAPA programs with demonstrated reliability improvements.
Experience managing capital projects and contractor/vendor performance in a regulated manufacturing environment.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is not normally exposed to weather conditions.
The noise level I the work environment is usually moderate. Hearing protection is required in areas where noise level is relatively high.
