About the role

  • Plan, schedule, and execute all PM and PdM activities with ≥95% on‑time completion using the CMMS (MaintainX).
  • Ensure all equipment operates safely, reliably, and within specification; verify maintenance work is accurate, documented, and compliant before release to production.
  • Respond promptly to equipment downtime; coordinate technicians, vendors, and operations to restore functionality quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure ongoing compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations (air, water, solids); manage operating permits/licenses and renewals for equipment such as boilers and pressure vessels.
  • Manage site capital plan with the Plant Manager and Project Managers for all site‑related projects.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Support a respectful, safety‑focused, high‑performance work environment.
  • Maintain plant assets including utilities, boilers, pressure vessels, refrigeration, electrical systems, and structural equipment.
  • Comply with OSHA/HIOSH, NFPA 70E, NEC, and internal safety standards; maintain valid permits, inspections, and certifications for regulated equipment.

Requirements

  • AA degree in a trade‑related field or equivalent related experience.
  • Report incidents and near misses within required timelines

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Food Technology, or equivalent.
  • Experience leading RCA/CAPA programs with demonstrated reliability improvements.
  • Experience managing capital projects and contractor/vendor performance in a regulated manufacturing environment.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is not normally exposed to weather conditions.
  • The noise level I the work environment is usually moderate. Hearing protection is required in areas where noise level is relatively high.

Compensation

  • $91k-$125k
